Seeing what the construction sector needed in the energy upgrading of buildings, K – constructions turned a large part of its work to this field as early as 2007.

Attentive to climate change and aware of what it means, it invested considerable time and capital so that its core members would gain the know-how that correct application demands, and added to its already extensive equipment the tools needed to carry out this work to a high standard.

Along the way, materials from Penetron, Sika and Kerakoll became its strongest tools. From Penetron's crystalline waterproofing, which does not stay on the surface but works within the concrete itself and seals it from the inside, to the waterproofing and protection systems of Sika and Kerakoll, K – constructions chooses the solution that fits each problem. Where conventional solutions fall short, in basements, retaining walls and roofs that have struggled with water for years, it applies them with the expertise and precision that every difficult case demands.
