How we work
Every project starts with a conversation and a visit to your space. From there we move step by step, with a detailed description of what will be done, a fixed schedule and updates at every stage.
We want you to know from the start exactly what will be done in your space, with which materials, and when.
The steps

You tell us what you need: the space, your idea, the time you have.

Site visit and assessment
We come to the space, measure it, and record its condition and anything that may affect the project.

Design
With our design team, or working from your architect's design, we settle the solutions and the construction details.

Budget and costing
You receive a detailed description of the works and their cost, step by step, so that you know what you are paying for and why.

Materials and procurement
We propose certified materials that we have first tested in our own premises, and we organise the procurement.

Schedule
We agree when each stage starts and ends, and we keep to it.

Construction
Our crews carry out the work, with regular updates and quality control at every stage.

Handover and after-care
We hand over as agreed, and we are still here after handover.
