A practical man, focused on service, on client satisfaction and on delivering quality, often demanding projects. He gives everyone around him a sense of security and, guided by his principles, has led the business with great success in recent years.

Pinelopi Petsinou
Architect · Field Coordination & Costing
Pinelopi combines her training as an architect engineer with hands-on work in the field. After many years as an office engineer and freelancer, she brings a designer's eye and technical expertise to where the project is built: she reads the design, solves the details on site and coordinates the work.
She is also responsible for costing the projects and for the field back office, so that every project moves forward with sound organisation and cost control. Hard-working and methodical, she has delivered many difficult projects with great success.

Jenny Lalou
Office & Project Administration
Jenny is the definition of organisation. Methodical, consistent and calm, she runs the office and completes every task with formality and results, giving the whole team the confidence it needs to focus on the field.
She follows the projects financially and procedurally, and is the link between the accounting department and the banks, in direct contact with the site.

Giorgos Livadaras
Procurement & Logistics manager
Giorgos is the link between the projects, the site staff and the suppliers. He is responsible for supplies, both for the warehouse of K – constructions services and for the projects.
Calm, methodical and kind, he stands out for his flexibility when a project's circumstances change, his dedication to every order down to the last detail, and the foresight with which he makes sure the right material is in the right place before it is even needed.

Konstantia Basdeki
Design team
With great enthusiasm and a love of creating and finding ever new design paths, Konstantia brings a touch of design creativity to a construction environment. She is mainly responsible for the floor plans of K – constructions services and, by extension, for many renovation designs for homes and businesses. She helps solve construction details on site.

Panagiotis Fantopoulos
Administration
Panagiotis is a versatile person who has worked in many different fields during his career, with notable success. Energetic, communicative and with a sense of humour. A hybrid multi-tool, essential to every modern business, a cornerstone and a key cog in its smooth running. He manages the financial and operational matters of K – constructions services.

Methodical and artistic by nature, from a young age he showed a need to create in everything he took up. For many years he was responsible for the designs and design visualisations of the renovations of K – constructions services, and he led the successful completion of countless projects. A restless spirit, today he runs the company's parallel businesses in hospitality and accommodation.

The role model on whose philosophy K – constructions services was built and developed. A clean and honest, old-school contractor. His sayings, that “the person who comes and gives you work trusts you with the efforts of a lifetime, made or still to be made, and you must prove yourself worthy of that and respect it…” and that “professional life and personal life are a ladder that you do not run up, but climb steadily, bringing one foot beside the other…”, are the foundations of the philosophy and structure of K – constructions services.
Even today you will see MastroLazaros on site, helping out and observing, or at the company's offices every morning, present and supporting the whole venture with his vast, long experience.

K – constructions services has a large permanent team of skilled workers, who serve both the specialised applications the company undertakes and its many renovation projects. They are experienced people of the field who work with their hands, and most of them have been with the company for many years.

K – constructions services has a team of subcontractors with long experience and deep knowledge of their trade. Its partners are an integral part of its success. The relationships it builds are ones of pleasant cooperation and, without this being an end in itself, the projects and ventures become their own work too. In what is, in the end, a family-like and at the same time professional atmosphere, projects come to life through the positive energy of the whole collaboration.
