Construction & Project Management
On most of our projects we are not only the contractor. We also take on the full supervision: we coordinate everyone who works on the project, keep to the schedule and the budget, and answer to the owner for the result.
The service is for hoteliers, restaurant owners, owners who live far from their project, and architects who want a reliable partner on site.
What it includes
- Schedule and budget
- Coordinating crews and suppliers
- Quality and cost control
- Regular updates for the owner
- Turnkey handover
- Construction Management
We run the site for you
We take over the site on your behalf: coordinating crews and suppliers, the schedule, quality control at every stage and cost control, with regular updates.
- Project Management
We represent you throughout
We represent you from day one to handover: budget and programme, choosing designers, crews and materials, procurement, and coordinating design with construction.
