Who we are

What data we collect

• When you fill in the contact form: your name, phone, email, the area of the project, what you need and your message.
• When you call or email us: whatever you tell us or send us.
• When you visit the site: technical details of the visit (IP address, type of device and browser, time), recorded by our hosting provider for the operation and security of the site.

Why we use it

• To reply to your request, arrange a site visit and send you a quotation. Legal basis: steps you ask for before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To protect the site and the form from misuse and spam. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it on our behalf

• Cloudflare: hosting of the site and protection of the form from spam.
• Resend: delivery of the form's messages to our email.
• Microsoft: the company's email, where your messages arrive.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. In that case the transfer takes place with the safeguards provided for by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep messages that do not lead to working together for up to two years. If we work together, we keep the data needed for as long as tax and other laws require.

Cookies

The site does not use cookies for advertising or for visitor statistics. If we add anything like that in the future, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.

Links to other sites

The site contains links to our partners' sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, for which we are not responsible.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to us at info@k-constructions.gr and we will reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
